CIC Drawstring Repair Kit

For replacing drawstrings on CIC hearing aids
Kit includes Twist Drill, Trilene (1 ft), Loctite 460 (20gm bottle) and Polymer (1 oz bottle)

Instructions:

Drill hole in CIC face plate
Insert proper length of Trilene
Glue in place with Loctite
Place small ball of Loctite on end of drawstring; as it sets, roll in polymer powder. Ball will harden

Loctite 460 Instant Adhesive (20gm bottle) (x 1)
Step Twist Drill, size 76 (0.5mm) (x 1)
